What kind of booze do you keep in your flask?

just picked up a Honda 125M Three Wheeler for dirt cheap, it will come in handy as a pit bike for the pulls and for a little off-road fun. anybody know of a good website for these three wheelers? I remember riding them back almost thirty years ago at Pismo Beach, then the Utility Co I worked for bought a few, but had not been on one in about 15 years till just the other night.

would like to see a good website, as I have a few questions about mine.

Thanks for the link, trying to figure out how to get to the battery on my 125M, its under the seat, I recall being able to pop the seat off or hinge it to one way or the other, the battery on this one needs replaced, but it runs so good, it starts at one pull of the rope starter.

Should be a latch juuust at the center at the Back of the seat. The lever should poke out just under the seat pad itself. Wow its been a while since Ive seen a 125m

The seat latch is on the right side near the front of the seat, you usually need to lean on the front of the seat and push back on the release then lift the front and pull the seat and fenders forward. The farm I used to work for had 13 ATC 110s and 125s for irrigation work that ran about 1 1/2 hours a day every day all summer. They got a service in the spring and zero maintenance and much abuse after that and still ran for years, they are a great little bike, the only substantial problem I had was the shifter detent arm breaking on several so they popped out of gear.

Hey Jake... just remember that you WERE much younger last time you rode one and don't try anything your OLD body can't mend from Buddy :p

Thanks for the replies guys, I will check it out tomorrow after work and report back.

Gary:

not gonna do any crazy stuff, gonna use it for stuff like Tulare and running around at the different pulls, also Sac Raceway as a pit bike.

Its cause I got this busted up old body with bad knees that I got the scooter.

see you in Tulare

still no luck with getting to the battery, can't find a latch anywhere, will try to find some literature, just a good thing it starts so easy with the rope starter.

got some new rear tires today and now the tires are worth more than the bike itself.....

I just looked at mine, if you follow the bottom edge of the gas tank to where it meets the front of the fender the lever should be even with the bottom of the plastic, if you slide your hand under the bottom of the tank the first thing it hits at the end of the tank is the latch. If you look up under the front of the seat on the RH side the hooks are a gold color, you should be able to reach the catch with a screwdriver if the lever is broken off. Good luck :)
