Looking for Pattern Maker for Winter Guards on 03

Just trying to get on the new model here,



If anyone wants to make a template for the New model for the winter guards I make let me know.



The winter guards are 1/8" ABS plastic and I use a bolt to go through the honeycomb (2 per panel- 8 total)



I just need the pattern and I can make them. The person that makes them will get the set free.



After I make them, I will post it in the classifieds with price, etc.

What about the sports that don't have the honeycomb grill ?

Uh I don't know about that, I will have to go to the dealer and check them out. is the shape of the openings the same from the sport to the other?

Gotta R&D this out.....

Anybody have a closeup pic of the grille of the sport? Is it like the billit bars?

Ok I found a pic of the one with the bars. I would imagine if you could make a pattern that lined up with the openings, if it was big enough for a 1/4" bolt, to have it line up then have washer and nut behind it to be secured. Now the bars are chrome, so I would suggest getting some rubber on the rear of the panels to protect them. If the panels don't move they shouldn't get scratched. .

Any other ideas to think of?

Eric, I just got my winter guards from you and they are nice. I have a person I know that is willing to assist with a template for the 03. He would like a set for his truck in exchange for getting the template for you. Let me know.
