Aftermarket 4" exhaust options

F A S S question?

Try http://www.wondermagnet.com/

They have a store in Ft Collins, CO that I went to and picked up a couple. SWEET!

These things can break your fingers (the bigger ones) so BE CAREFUL.

I picked up some gold-plated ones that are about 3/32" cubes. They will hold 15 sheets of paper to the fridge! Awesome, and cheap, too.

Check out this particular one:

I handled it firsthand, and it's scary strong.

The only impact that could dislodge one of these neodymimium-iron-boron magnets from your truck is one that would dislodge your neck from your body as well.

Check them out!

what do yu guys do ... just stick them on the trany pan so any metal is caught above the magnet on the inside of the trany pan ??? Oil pan

Hummmmm

Does it work?

I put them on the pans near the drain plug. ON the diffs, I put it near the plug, and then I can see what accumulates next time I take off the diff cover.

Good Idea.....

Do you have to drop the oil pan also ???

Or do you just remove the magnet prior to Draining so as the oil leaves it will take any metal debris with it insted of the Debris just getting stuck somewhere ? if so I think Ill get the gold one and put it right on my drain plug..... it looks like it would fit right on there.

Any body got an old computor that they want to charge you to recycle or dump , well frist take the hard dive appart there's magnets in those that for the size are the stongest I've seen , so in a sence you'er not going to pay as much to get rid of it .

Will installing these on your truck do any harm to your electrical system or ecm, pcm, anything like that. I always heard to keep like magnets away form home computers and such. Is there any truth to that ? TIA

I have bought magnets from Forcefield.com. They shipped quick and gave me a bunch or small magnets N/C. Very pleased.

I bought the 2"X2"X1/2" and put it on the outside of the Geno's Garage manual trans filter. If you put a wrench anywhere near it, it will rip it out of your hand. And it scares the heck out of you 'cause your not expecting it.

The one I use:
