Heavyduty, if this is in reference to my rig, I'm going to be a wuss with my truck. I bought the 4x4 in case I need the extra traction getting up our steep driveway with the TT and in case I get caught at work when it snows. I have a nicely set up Suzuki Samurai that I hit the hill's with when I need too Oo. :D.

phloop,

my apology. I was referring to your truck. Although these trucks are very capable of going off road I think I too would be hard pressed to risk injury to such a nice looking truck. Good luck on your hunt for the right RBs. Enjoy the ride:cool:.

phloop-if you look back a few posts you see i have lavurne on all 3 trucks. they are good looking, strong stainless rb. i dont say the best but i have 3 sets. im sure others are very good also.

doldenburg, you must have either Gen 1 or Gen 2 trucks. I checked LaVerne's web site and it looks like they do not make boards for the Gen 3's.

So far the Stull and the J&J boards are looking the best.

phloop,

LaVerne does have RBs for Gen3 trucks. That is what I have on mine. This is my second Dodge with the LaVerne RBs. They are a little steep on price but IMO they are worth the money. The LaVernes on my '00 is what help to sell the truck.
