Looking for supplier of lexan battery quick disconnects

I'm looking for a supplier of lexan battery quick disconnects (plug and socket type, 500A rating). They are commonly used in racing (quick removal of the battery) and the towing industry (quick connect jumper cables).

Not sure if this is quite the same thing. When I was investigating on board air systems I checked into extreme outback products and one of the things they sold was battery quick disconnects for their portable systems. Sounds like what you are talking about though. They can probably sell you them or point you to their supplier. www.extremeoutback.com. You might even try graybar. Anderson Power Products makes the sort of connector that you are looking for. They are very commonly used on industrial electric vehicles such as forklifts,tuggers etc. Usually anyone who repairs forlifts will have the larger sizes of them on hand. Solder the lug onto the cable rather than crimping, soldered ones can be re-used and sometimes the crimp will not fit into the connector body.
