I am wanting to advance the timing on my truck a little, but really can't justify paying 200. 00 for something I will only use once in a blue moon. I cannot find any shops locally that will do it and dealer will only set to spec. Does any member have a kit they would be willing to loan or rent me so I can adjust my timing and fix the KDP. I would pay all shipping and insurance on the kit, replace if damaged or broken and would return it promptly. I understand this is asking alot, but I thought I would at least ask. Thanks in advance. You can pm me if you willing to help.

Thanks again

Why don't you just mark your pump shaft and sprocket before you remove it and you can expirment with the timing from there. Take a center punch to mark the shaft and sprocket. Also for geniue Cummins parts become a Cummins Power Booster Membership and you will save hundreds$$! The # is 1-800-937-0336 ask for Mike at Cummins Northwest, Inc. . All you parts for your KDP will run about $315. 00. They even sell tools!
