Looking for trailer adapters

I have the dodge 7 blade trailer wiring and need to hook up to a friends car trailer with the 6 pin round connector. Is anyone aware of an adapter I can use without having to rewire the trailer?

Local varity store (BI-Mart) for $10-$13. Draw-Tite (distributed by U-Hauls) has them, PN: 18150 or 18160.

Frank,you need to know if your friends trailer is wired with side pin brakes or center pin brakes before you buy an adaptor.
If you get the wrong one the brakes will either be locked up or won't work at all.
