Just be aware of Scammers if searching on-line... there's no shortage of those out there, especially where clean 1st Gen's are concerned.

X2. Also, on something that has been redone, I would insist on seeing build pictures and before and after pics so that you know what you are getting in to. I know guys that can lay down a beautiful paint job over top of substandard body work and make it last just long enough to get it sold.

I hear ya... I had to have a single cab, long bed, 4X4, Auto... That was my minimum excepted standard. With enough patience, time & effort, I finally got lucky. I found exactly what I was after, and quite a bit more!!!

Yeah I'm not in any rush. I'll find what I want at some point. There are two awesome trucks out west, hoping I get my check before they are sold so I can go scope them out.

Yeah, I'm going to be checking for Bondo for sure. I have some experience with muscle cars, so spotting it won't be too hard for me.

Hi all,
New to the site and have a few questions. I checked out the FAQ's pages but the link for the buyers guide was not working. I'm hopefully going to be buying a 92-93 in the next few months and just looking for some tips on what I should look out for . From what I can tell the stick is the way to go but driving in Philly every day will suck. Any tips on best mods to do right off the bat would be welcome as well. Thank you in advance!
