Not wanting to start a ******* match, just restating what I had discussed with Mr. Loyds, my truck had been down for 2 weeks, had some other things I wanted done to it, ie exhaust manifold install, not even totally sure if it was the pump,(thats why I'm no mechanic) heck, the shop where it is at now isnt sure what the heck is wrong with it yet, last it was left at you were going to contact me when you could fit me in your schedule, never heard anything for a couple weeks, even after several calls, just thought it would be nice to try a new place. I just learned to stick to a place thats tried and true, no hard feelings, I just wanted my truck fixed, been down for over a month now.

Man, that is a bold faced lie. According to what you typed, you tried to reach me after we talked on the phone. That is not the case. I have a caller ID, and I beg of you to check your records for when you called. I also keep a very detailed log book of phone calls between me and customers. It has various things about what we discussed and pricing, etc. Now, I may not always be 100% on getting back to people since I am only one person, but I do keep track of what I say. It is a cover my butt thing that I do.



As for being tried and true, my work speaks for itself. Thats why I stay busy.

look, this is the last post im putting on here, so you can say whatever you want afterwards. If you got back with me as quickly on the phone as you do on the computer(took over a week to return repeated phone calls/meassages, one day over message on the computer) youd probably have a lot more business, so much you'd have to hire help. As for a bold faced lie, whatever dude, Im not gonna get in a huff over it. And I know Im not the only one that has been treated this way. I'll just continue to use the shops that treat me right, mine is getting done tomorrow and couldnt be happier with the service.
