Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Looking to start sled pulling

I am looking to inhance the performance of my ctd to start pulling with it. I am looking for suggestions on what to do. I would like to see around 4-500hp, but still keep the truck reliable for daily use. I m new to the whole diesel performance thing, and I love it . any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Oo.

If you post to the comp forum you will get a lot of info and tips for your new endeavor. Everything from engine performance to ladder bars are discussed.
