Help with Honda CRV

I'm doing the fluids check on my wife's '07 Highlander, and I find this loose wire tucked in behind the power steering reservoir. One end is attached to the fender well. Can someone tell me where the free end of this is supposed to be landed? This is nothing I've ever disconnected.

Since it's attached to the fender well, as Bob says, it's a ground wire. My wife has a 2008 Highlander, but I believe the body styles changed (1st versus 2nd generation) in 2008. That notwithstanding, if you'd like, I'll take a look (hers is the Limited V6).

Yeah, I figured it to be a ground. I'm just wondering whether it's supposed to be attached on that end of the engine somewhere.
