Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Loosing power on highway

I have a 97 12v completely stock. The truck sometimes looses power, almost a dead pedal. If you pull over, shut the truck off and restart, the power is back and will be fine from 15 min- 15 weeks. It only happens on the highway about 7omph. I have replaced the shut off solenoid and the relay assembly. The in tank sending unit has been replaced and fuel filters have been replaced and are clean every time. I have 24v and don't know a whole lot about the 12v's. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check the pre-filter and fuel heater out?

Sometimes the fuel heater will suck air by the electrical connections. Most people just take the fuel heater completely out.

I'll try that. Thanks for the link, I didn't know it had a screen in the heater.
