Loosing the power steering cap ?

I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 3500 that i had since new. Now 120000 miles and i have so far had to buy new cap for my power steering 4 or 5 times.
They just disappears. I have over times insured that the cap was tight, but still loosing it.
Anybody knows why ?

Vent on the cap is plugged and internal pressure is blowing them off. Drill the hole and problem usually disappears.

Do a search there are a few write ups on the net showing how to modify the cap

I should get a new cap next week so I will check on the vent hole as I have lost enough.
