Los Angeles/Ventura County shop recommend

Hi all, Posted here for viewing. Looking for shop recommendations (primarily Cummins a/o Bosch for engine work) in northern Los Angeles or Ventura County, CA...for a few generations of Ram. Was recently told by Cummins Ventura (formerly Cummins Cal Pac) their new "contract" means they don't work on Dodge/Ram engines and won't order parts off an ESN from a Dodge/Ram...only that a Cummins part number can get you a part, and I've been unsuccessful on Bosch's website for finding an authorized shop.
