After intalling the SPS62 the truck was running fine, ran it up to 5x4 with no problems, pulled very hard.

While returning from a recent trip while getting on an on ramp i CEL comes on, it's a P0299 code, and the truck would not pull past 2000 rpm, so just wanting to get home (300 more miles) i pull over and check eveything all look good but still have the CEL on.

So again i pul over and remove the tst and the va 3. 1 and check the connection to the turbo solenoid fooler, get in and no CEL and truck runs fine.

After getting home i reinstalled the tst and va, all ok no CEL put tst on 3x3 and truck pulls hard all the way to redline just like before.

Drove it for a few days and decided to crank up the tst to 5x4 and the truck had no topend power, 4x4 4x4 5x3 all the same, set tst back to 3x3, 3x2 and it runs awsome puls hard.

The va does'nt change this on or off, and lowend power doesn't seem to be affected just the upper end fueling.

Any suggestions??

What does the solenoid fooler consist of? where did you get it ect. ect. .

How many miles have you gone with out p0229 showing up?

If it really works I NEED ONE!!

The fooler i got from Industrial injection when i got the turbo, HTT sells them also, i think it's just a 147 ohm resitor.

After redoing the connections on the road i've been at least another 1500 miles and no problems so far.

the weird thing is when i had the twins on i just kept the selinoid pluged in and tied up under the truck, never threw a code in some 10k miles.
