I left out for Dothan, AL Friday afternoon with my 8,000lb GN and a 7,000lb DC motor on it. The drive over was great. With the DD1's installed and the DTT transmission it runs great. Gained approx. 2 MPG. EGT's pre-turbo never exceeded 1100. After reaching my destination, dropped off the motor and headed back. Power seemed down a bit. After fueling up at exit 54 on I-65 South I get going again. First hill I come to I get on the go pedal a bit to maintain speed up the hill, seemed I had to get in it a bit more. About half way up the hill, without warning the truck just came alive and took off like a rocket. It was Like there was some sort of restriction somewhere. I really I have no idea what this could be attributed to. Any ideas would be appreciated.

My last fuel filter change was at 197,000 miles. I change it every 5,000. I checked my fuel pressure before I left for the trip and I was running just shy of 11psi at idle pre and post. As far as cruising and WOT, I did not check that. And I have not checked pressures since getting home yesterday. The trip was about 1200 miles round trip.

Blame it on electrical

I've had that happen to me twice now. Last time I was changing from 2X3 to 3X5 and when I punched it, nothing. The rpms just sat there.

Now here's what makes me believe it to be electrical. When that happen I tried to return to 2X3, no responce. I couldn't turn the UFM off or up or down. The lights just stayed at the setting the problem occured at.

I turned off the key, started back up and everything works fine. I know your running the EZ but it might be an avenue to explore. Goodluck.
