Lost Cylinder

I have had a crank case blow by tube leak for a few months now. I never thought much of it until i noticed oil on my tailgate and near the rear tires. The truck runs fine, minus adding oil every now and then and doesnt spit nor sputter at idle. I see a slight oil protrusion between the turbo and the exhaust manifold. I drove it to the store the other day and it was smoking a little more than usual. I thought maybe it was because of the frigid Colorado temps and continued driving. I stepped out and with the turbo timer keeping the truck running i could smell burnt oil. Should I assume that i have lost compression or possibly cracked a piston?

havent removed the exhaust from the turbo but the compressor side is clean and no excessive end play

Pull one of the rubber hoses on the intake side and check for oil.
