I had something happen the other day that bothered me. Coming out of Nashville on I-65 North, I noticed my truck was just a little slugish but not bad. Got into Ky. and climbing a slight grade, lost most of my power. Couldn't get over about 2000 rpm. Just wouldn't go. Good fuel pressure, EGT was only about 600 degrees, no lights on the dash came on, nothing. Clutched it and pumped the throtle, still only 2000 rpm. Went about 25 miles this way. I started to get off on a long exit ramp, clutched it, costed down some, went to 4th gear, hit the throtle and had power back. I don't have a boost guage "yet". The only thing I can figure is either my waste gate came open or the MAP sensor messed up. Couldn't any loose clamps on the intercooler hoses or anything wrong under the hood. Truck is running fine now, no codes or anything. I guess It just needed a brake, I was pushing it pretty hard that afternoon. Any ideas would be greatly appriciated. Thanks,R. C.
