Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) lots of codes

hey guys i just purchashed two cab and chassis trucks with plans on making one good one. One truck is a 98 and the other is a 02. Both run great but the 02 has no bus indicator also p1689,1698,po380 and 382. like i say it runs great and all gauges work properly. When i shut the truck off and restart the no bus doesnt come on till i hit the pedal. ive checked and cleaned any electrical connections i can find except for the ecm. Im just getting into reading about what these codes are but im wondering if one could cause the others to pop up. Any help would be much appreciated thanks.

Under the dash on the drivers side on the pass side of the steering col is the Control timer unplug it and spray it with electronic cleaner that will clear the no bus code
