Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) loud squeal or whistle

Just had new ball joints installed under warranty and rear out put shaft seal last week. Yesterday did highway travel when coming home at 70mph loud squeal or whistle sound from what appeared to be the front of the truck. no noise under 70 and no noise at that rpm sitting. You guys have hit every problem I've had thus far any takers? Only other thing was used 4wheel whenI got where I was going took it out when got back on the road . THANKS lEFT FRONT TOP AND BOTTOM BALL JOINTS REPALCED 29000 miles Truck is a 2001 4x4,5sp 4:10 limited slip

You didn't indicate what year your truck is, but if its a pre-99, you might to check TSB 99-04-09 which talks about a whistle, growal, whine coming from the turbo area and only heard in the cab between 1800 - 2200 RPM.
