Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Hi All,
Installed my Power Pup which I got from Wes this week. I love mine. I installed the Extreme program on Weds. 2004. 5 stock motor with gauges.
Installed in about 8 Mins. and I did get the ABS and Brake lights after the install. They went out after a few miles and never came back on. Their is a flat spot around 2000 RPM's when cruising but it is not that big a deal in my opinion. Just get on it a bit and and jumps right up. With stock intake and exhaust you do have to watch your temps. If you get on it hard(floored) through several gears by the time you are tacking out in 5th your can hit 1400. Intake and switchable(Straight Pipe) Exhaust is next. Boost seems to be about the same as stock but I am still playing with it. Mileage is up a little according to the overhead- I had the reflash. Im getting about 18 so I am happy. The smoke show is easily worth the price just for fun. If just pick a gear or two to tall and get on it she pours black smoke like crazy until the rpm's pick up. Looks way sweet. First time I was on the phone and looked back at it looked like a huge thunder storm was a block back- sunny day

I was on the highway and this women was passing people on the shoulder and forcing her way into traffic. She got up on my right side and tried to force her way in front of me- She was on the shoulder over the white line. I wouldn't let her in and she was A bit intimidated by the beast-6" lift with 315's. She had her window down and flipped my off. I was rolling slowly and traffic started to open up so I put it in 5th and punched it. I poured so much black smoke it was just awesum. Filled her car so bad she had to lean out of the window to see,LOL. I didn't see her again, left her in a huge black cloud.
I guy in a Ford pulled up next to me when I got caught in the next slow down and was laughing his -ss off and giving me the thumbs up. I picked my buddies up in Seattle to take them for a ride to check out my new truck. One has a new Ford 6. 0 (already has needed a rebuild-Lower main seals), and a one with a 03 CTD with and Edge EZ. I guy on a bike was taking up a whole lane and city traffic and being the typical Seattle Greeny Ahole so I told my buddies to keep and eye on him. same trick and just burryied him in a black cloud that just filled the block. My buddies where just rolling. The one with the CTD said he has to have one just for the Smoke show,LOL. No problems here just got times.
