Low boost and egts, need help

I have an 03 with BD Xpower and boost elbow. I was making 12 to about 25 lbs. of boost when towing and EGTs 650 to 950. A few days ago I noticed my boost was lower as were the EGTs. Previously I could make 38 to 40 lbs. of boost at wot and about 2200 rpms with EGTs approaching the 1300 to 1350 and a lot of turbo noise. Now all I get is 22 lbs at wot and about 1100* Egt. It appeared to be the module so BD overnighted me a new one and no improvement. I've checked all hoses, connections etc. and all looks good. There is a good whine from the turbo but not the big noise it had before. I installed a new Fleetguard fuel filter as I thought that may be a factor. It runs good, scoots good empty and seems to pull okay, but just doesn't have that last bit of punch. Any ideas as to what I could look at next. I am on an extended holiday and need to move on this Saturday. I am at Mission, TX if anyone can recommend a shop here or in central or west Texas or Arizona. Thanks for any help.

Have you checked your fuel filter and fuel pressure lately?

It's unlikely that a charge air leak is the culprit, that would give higher EGTs, along with the lower boost pressure. Like Vaughn said you need to look at any possible fuel delivery problems.
