Refer to my earlier thread "Low Boost" for history. I have come to the conclusion that the most likely culprit for the absence of peak boosts greater than 33lbs. is the Electronic Wastegage Command Control Valve, thanks to sag2 I am in the process of eliminating other things but I think the valve will be the ticket, has anyone else had to replace this valve and if so what were your symptoms? Jay Thanks again for your continued patience and help sag2

Are you sure you want to run the stock turbo higher than 33lbs. It's not very effective above that and it's life will be shortened.

Just a thought.

The 04. 5 turbo's are different then you 03's. the run best near 40psi. I have the same problem he's got, but it's tempature related some how and when I can't get above 30psi it's a dog compares to when she's pull 40psi.
