I have a 2001/6spd and have done the following 4in open exhaust,Banks big hoss,Banks intake,Banks brake, egt, boost and fuel pressure guages. Question is that I noticed that my boost used to go easily to 30psi and carry 14lbs of fuel pressure. Recently I noticed that my fuel pressure idles at 12psi and is easily pulled down to 9psi and my boost goes up to 21lbs and does not go any higher. On my egt temp (empty) easily rises to 750degree post turbo where before it wouldn't reach 650 degrees, when I am not towing.

I have checked for leaks in the air flow system and can carry 3lbs of boost on the guage with no leaks.

Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated.

First of all, welcome to TDR! Next, I'm really not too big on the Banks products at all. It realy sounds to me that you have got a leak some where in the system. Do you hear any loud "air noise" coming from under the hood while under full power? I know when my boost leak started it sounded like someone opened the valve on an air tank under the hood. If I were you, I'd cap off the system and pressure it up with an air hose, with the engine off of coruse, and see if you have a bad boot or something. Also, just a suggestion, I would move your EGT probe to pre turbo. You get a way more accurate reading there. Right now you are getting way hotter than you know. Hope this help and good luck!

Do you have the Big Head Acuator on the turbo. If you do not have any leaks I would start there. Put a set of vise grips or something to pinch the hose between the wastegate acuator and the boost elbow. Take it for a drive and see if you have more boost now(make sure to not run the boost over 35PSI). If you do just order an adjustable boost elbow, this will delay the wastgate from opening so early.
