low boost

will not boost above 21bs loaded or empty. pinched waste gate hose still 21 lbs. runs and pulls good no smoke. looked at tubing looks ok ??? if it is the guage can it be checked. smarty jr set on tow. thanks in advance butch o4 nv5600 magna flow afe drop in gdp intake grid delete

Sounds like a gauge problem. No way to really check them.
