$35 on ebay, is precut aluminum mesh. Other places sell it cheaper if you want to cut it yourself. I just wanted something different than the old black honeycomb. .

Looks nice. You'll get some A/C condenser protection as well it seems. The Laramie grille I have lets everything through, so I bought a Kilby's condenser guard from Geno's. It was expensive (cheaper through Kilby's at MSRP!) , needed to be drilled to fit, and now it vibrates at idle like crazy (the noise is incredible). I had to stuff some cardboard between it and the condensor for now to quell the vibes and for fear of vibrating a non-waranteed hole in my expensive condenser. Maybe I should chuck the Kilby's and put that screen behind the stock grille?

The Kilby's wasn't hard to install, but you have to drill it to fit the fastener for the cover for the A/C fittings, etc. Geno's companion MPC Grille Guard doesn't fit properly despite Geno's claims if you use the existing Kilby's mounting holes. I bought it but I gave it away because the holes didn't line up due to the Kilby's. You have to use silicone (not supplied) to keep the thing from vibrating and putting a hole in the top of your condenser, intecooler and rad. Having to drill the thing out didn't appeal to me. Luckily, the Kilby's wraps around the top of the condenser fins so at least you get some protection from leaning on the thing.

no, the mesh is attached with wire, you just loop through and tie off behind the stock honeycomb grill. If you look close in the center pic you can see one of these wires near the top of the pic. They are unnoticable for the most part.
