I have an 03. I am seeing only 2. 5-3 psi. at idle, and it drops to 0 at wot. I have a stock lift pump, and cp3I am only running a bddl set on perf. setting nothing extreme. any one know what the problem might be?

If you haven't already, change your fuel filter. If that doesn't help, check to make sure that your gauge is working properly. If that is OK, then it is probably your lift pump going bad. :(

Start with a new fuel filter if you haven't already. I would expect you to run to 0psi at wot, but should get 8 or 9lbs at idle. Does the truck run right otherwise?

I had a funny problem once with fuel pressure falling very fast, it turned out to be the little valve on the cp3 (right next to fuel inlet, it looks like it has a ball bearing on top). I removed it, cleaned it up and problem solved (I expect I got a small particle in there and it was bleeding pressure back to the tank). That fix was suggested by Richard at Glacier. If the simple stuff doesn't work give him a call.

Other possibilities would be the FCA, or the lift pump is tired.

yeah just did the filter. Igot an extra 1psi. Iwas hoping it wasnt the liftpump but i think it is. It is probaly a good time for a glacier system especialy since the new tst is on the way.

if I were in your shoes I would absolutely give Richard (Glacier) a call and get the Walbro pump, lines and fittings. Look over the Fleetguard filters too. Once you start cutting fuel lines. . might as well go all the way.
