Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Low Lift Pump Pressure

Just got a fuel pressure gauge, pre and post pressure 7psi idleing ,wot 2-3 psi . How woried do I need to be about This? Is my pump already damaged?I have a new one on order will install as soon as possible.

Lift pump time! Since you just got the gauge installed... you dont know how long its been doing this... .

Keep out of WOT until you get a new one. You shouldn't dip below 7 or 8 psi at any time.

You should add a helper pump to the mix. I used Enterprise. Works great! All parts need comes in the kit. Easy installation.
