low Power in OD

Has anyone had ther ecm repeogramed according to TSB-18-24-00? My 01 pulls hard in the first three gears but seems down on torque in od, I guess there is some kind of "power managing" programed into the ecm? I need power in od as I tow a enclosed race car trailer, and I am thinking of having the reflash done.

I had it done and I like the results. No more defueling during shifts. My truck pulls strong and hard all the way into OD. I don't lack for power in OD anymore, but I've made a few enhancements lately...
