low power

I have a 03 HO w/6 speed. At this time I have the problem of low power near & at operating temp. I rigged a temp. boost gauge, and Ihave plenty of press. The dealer put a high press. relief valve & fuel filter on w/ no results. It also has the lift pump in-tank conv. It won't do it al the time, but when it does it is bad. Also there are no fault codes. ALL perf. updates have been put in. Has anybody run across this problem? Thank You in advance for any help.

On the loosing power item. The dealer put all new injectors in it. Since then I took it on a trip, and it runs great.
