Iv finally got fuel gauge thanks to joe g hopefully get to test this weekend ill look at the orfice for the afc also thanks for info guys

Ok i finally got fuel gauge in. I got gauge and a 18in braided grease gun hose at tractor supply the needle valve out of grainger to save a couple of fittings. This is what i found out at idle i had 4psi and at 2500 rpm i had 18. I pintched off the return line at the back of the motor and had no spike in gauge. If i understand right this means my lift pump is weak i think ill change the overflow valve also since truck has some miles on it. Any other ideas would be app. Thankx guys

Thanks ill post once i get new pump. Larry B seems to have best price has anyone used there pump or is worth going to genos for extra 30 bucks

Genos includes the gasket and the stud for the engine to make it easier to change, not sure if Larry B's does.

EDIT: I just looked, and Larry B does include the studs and gasket for $79.
