My 03 has a shutter at low speed mainely when coming to a stop, about 15 mph to 0. It feels like I ran over a rumble strip on the expressway the hole truck shakes. I did a check and everything seemed fine, put the rear up on jack stands and still had shutter at low speed. Seems like carrier bearing has to much play, dont know how much is normal. Other than this the truck is vibration free at 75 plus.

Its a 6spd I will start with the rear u joint thanks

I'll second the rear shaft U-joints. Mine started out that way, then progressed rapidly to where the back end was bouncing pulling into a parking lot. One of the ujoints was so dry the bearings were powder inside the cap. It didn't feel loose when I tried to move them, but they were shot. My first thought was the carrier bearing. I replaced the joints, and while I had the shaft down, placed a 1" spacer under the carrier bearing, which is the fix that is mentioned in a TSB to help make the U-joints last longer. When you put the new ones on, make sure to check them for grease. I found several had barely enough to hold the needle bearings in place. I would have been replacing them soon, if I hadn't checked them and put some High Pressure grease on them.
