2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission lower ball joints

Is there any way to replace the lower BJ's without replacing the entire lower control arm? The BJ's are tack welded in and after removing them the Moog BJ's are to loose and require no press to insert. Dodge is the only vendor for the control arms and they come loaded from the factory. The price from Dodge is $338. 00 per side. The uppers are no problem, they took the Moog BJ's and are like new. Very tight fit. Had them pressed in at machine shop.
