Lower door sill protection

I got some Ventshade Stepshield to protect the painted area below the door sills when people drag thier feet getting into the truck. The pictures are too big to post in the post so they are in my reader rig album. They work pretty well and are held on with two sided tape.

That's exactly the stuff I need, I didn't know they made it. I scratch the heck out of mine with my hiking boots, the damn metal hook for the speed lace constantly hit the sill when I step out onto the nerf bar.

The ones I put on my truck are diamond plate aluminum. Look good but scratch easily. If I had it to do over I would get the stainless steel model, more expensive but more durable.
