What would I need to lower my egts some and how much of a drop can i expect. Im planning on water/meth, maybe a swanker intake or something like that and a new intake to replace the KN filter. Are there any other things out there? What would be a good choice on an intake? Are there any benifiets going to a dry filter or should I stay with an oiled one? Are the swanker intakes on sale yet or are there any comparable products out there?

Thanks for any input.

I do not think that the intakes [ manifolds ] do much , what little they do would be at very high HPs, what do you have for an airfilter now , also what airbox ?
It would seem that the new EAA dry filters from Amsoil are the ticket now , but if you get the dropins , you'll need to make a lot of holes in the airbox .
I bought the cone style , and made a box out of the same blue colored [ as the filter ] plastic cardboard .
I think that you have too much fuel with out enough air .

What about a cam or even a 24v cooler? Right now Im looking into the cheaper ways of doing it. If I go the twins route whats the cheapest I could do it for and could I get away with a few pulls w/o studs and a good hg? I cant swing all of that right now.

A cam wouldn't help enough for it to be worth the money. A Snow water/meth kit would probably be the cheapest way to drop EGT's and save your money for head studs, twins and getting your head o-ringed to accomodate the extra boost. A better intercooler can also help - I've bitten the bullet this time and gotten one for myself.
