Excuse my input about pop testing. I forget which forums are which and confused this one with a 2nd gen thread. I agree in that the running issue is likely poor quality reman injectors.

The question lies whether the Injectors are Remanufactured by Bosch or just plain cheap remans. T&C diesel sells tons of the Remans by Bosch and has had no issues. Agree these are a precision piece That have to turn on/off very high pressure.
