I've got a '96 2500 4 x 4. I really like the truck, but the height of the truck is kinda ridiculous. Anybody out there with any info on kits or other ways to lower the beast down?
Jeff, I'm afraid you will be limited to lowering the back end. In the front if you lower at all, you will lose precious suspension travel. Take a look at your front axle and how much clearance there is before it bottoms out--not a whole lot. Even taking out 1" would be too much IMO #ad
NO, NO, NO! You want a 4½" Skyjacker lift #ad
That'll give you a good excuse to use a stepladder, and not to mention remind people to give you the right-of-way!

Thanks for the inputs. I was afraid that the front end was going to be the limiting factor. I have gotten used to the altitude sickness and the nosebleeds anyways. #ad
