Lowering kits??

Who would offer lowering kits for the 4x4 duallies, just 3" or 4" would smarten up the looks of these trucks. Also looking for a source for a custom rear bumper??:-{}

belltech will probably have something for the new hd's soon. and their stuff seems to be pretty good. .
