Well guys... . I just finished up installing a LSD unit the front of my 91. I must say the steering is something to get used to when the hubs are locked, but it's still manageable. There is a sand pit here in town so I went there to see how the turning would be in true 4x4. It was actually better than I expected and I was in some very soft sand. However, sand is not comparable to snow and ice. If the truck becomes troublesome this winter in snow and ice, could I just add friction modifier to essentially "eliminate" the LSD and then in the spring change out the fluid and go back to the standard 4 oz of modifier?
Thanks in advance,
Dustin
