When I purchased mine, I had the vibration on the passenger side and they replaced the mirror. That solved my problem. I had tracked the problem to the detent that hold the mirrors out and allows them to fold in. When the mirrors are out for driving there should be no play in those arms. I MEAN NO PLAY. Grab the mirror head and see how much resistance it takes to move the arm back and forth. If the movement is more than about 1/16, you'll have the vibration. Now, with that, Lucerix says the mirrors have to be sent back because there is no repair you can do. Well, before I sent my passenger side back, I popped off the cover that is over the detent/swing arm hardware. Inside there were 4 torx screws that hold the tension on the swing arm. Two were loose so I snugged them up. That tightened the arm and most of the vibration disappeared. What was left was shock from bumps. The new one came in, it was tight, I installed it and have had no more problems. It's a PITA, but they are guaranteed for life so worst case is you send them back. Just tell Mark to check the replacement and make sure it's tight before they ship it to you.
