Lumbar support

The lumbar support on my '05 seat does not stay adjusted. Does anyone else have this problem? I'll crank it up to give me some additional support and after a while it rotates back on its own to no support.

I noticed that as well on mine. Thought the wife was turning it down, but she did not even know you could adjust it. I do not have that problem now that I have my seat covers on. You can still adjust it, but with the seat cover over the knob I guess it helps hold it in place. I don't know what the real fix for it is though.

Had the same problem... "HAD" is the operative word here... 2 weeks ago I got into my truck and as I sat back into the seat I heard a loud "Pop" and my lumbar support was gone!!! Spin the handle... Nada! The dealer ordered the parts (took 2 weeks for them to get in)... They called me last Friday (Aug. 12th)... I dropped the truck off at 9:00am Monday (Aug. 15th) and they called at 1:00pm (same day!) and said it was done!!! Feels better than "new". Oo. So far the "new" lumbar mechanism hasn't self-adjusted... but stay tuned. If it goes back to it's "old" ways... I'll re-post and let you know.

One thing that was more nice on my 03 was the "power" lumbar vs the manual on the 05.
