Lund visor vibrating - any suggestions?

My Lund visor - which was on the truck when I bought it - is vibrating and driving me nuts. I guess the wind is getting under it and causing it to flutter. All the mounting screws are tight, and I don't see any cracks.



Anyone have any suggestions for a fix? I'd like to just remove the stupid thing but then I'd have to fill the holes and repaint the top - that'll have to wait for a while.

I've had Lund visors on two different trucks and no proplem at any speed. They make good products.

Maybe it's the position it was mounted. Try dropping the front of your truck a few inches

I think first Generations look great with visors.

I had to.........

pull mine off, clean the roof and visor with denatured alcohol, and then using a tube of black adhesive sealant, glued the visor down everywhere the visor touches the roof and rescrewed the visor down just snug. Let the sealer dry, then snug the screws down just a bit more. Worked for me. You are right, that bzzzzzzz is about annoying, isn't it!

Tcourse is right, though. First gens look tough with a visor on.
