Heard that Bill had to deal with a loss and have noticed that he has not been posting here and was wondering if he's doing o. k. ? ? Bill, we miss your curiously charming banter here... ... ... Please come back!!!

I talked to Bill yesterday and he is doing fine. He was asked to reframe from posting in his usally way by one of the moderators because someone was whinning.



Not going to mention names but it comes down to someone likes to dish it out but can't take it back. :{

Ok I have to ask this again. Do we pay to be here or not? This is ridiculous, someone is asked to stop posting because someone did not like it, geeeeeeze. Why wasn't the whiner told to deal with, afterall that is the purpose of a discussion forum. The whiner should be tarred and feather for this and by the way the whiner sounds like a real momma's boy.

Guys I really didn't want a moderator trashing session here, Its something that we all have to deal with, Just wanted to make sure the wild man wuz doing fine.....

Actually, what happened was another member made a post calling out fletcher for something. Another member alluded to a legal dispute between the 1st member and a vendor. I pulled the thread and explained to both parties why the thread was being pulled. We do not allow the discussion of pending litigation on the site both for our protection and for the individuals and vendors involved. We do allow both parties to post their side of the story after the litigation is complete. We do not wish to be pulled into court or subpoena'd for evidence, etc. We also do not want 3rd parties to get in the middle of disputes between individuals and vendors. That is all that happened.



I hope everything is ok with Fletcher.

I can understand your concerns over being dragged into litigation as a 3rd party, and can understand why you posted the above as to defuse any potential ranting towards the moderators and their control.

But this was actually a post expressing the well being of a valued fellow member. Not a post to fan any potential flames... ..... and certainly not really Competition forum related- for that I apologize. I hope you can understand.
