stupid question this last winter I have been idleing the truck more due to the cold. my question is how is idle over time on mach injectors. I due run injector cleaner but I wonder what the build of on the injectors would be over a 4-5 month period still with running inje cleaner if idleing would be worse with my mach 4's vice smaller injectors.

As far as I know idling won't be any different than stock injectors. However long periods of idling can be hard on the injection pump in a VP truck...

But I try and idle mine at least 15-20 minutes in the mornings when it's real cold (0 deg and below).

I run Mach 6+'s and do not have a problem. A couple of suggestions. 1. The 24V's can have a problem with carbon build up on the exhaust valves. There was an old TSB about getting the EGT's up on each restart in cold weather. I try to get them to ~800 for a little bit on each restart. 2. If you idle for a long time in cold weather, changing the oil more often is a good idea.
