I put a set of Mach 1. 6's in a while back and ever since I have a strange idle after it warms up. I get the lopy idle idle some times as I load it when I start off and understand this is normal. Some times though when I'm sitting still idleing at a light the truck will jerk and seem to miss a couple of times them smooth out again, only does it when warm. Is this something to be expected or do I need to look into it more.

403000 on the clock, VP changed last year to a Blue Chip, no codes, was running great with RV275s. Thinking I may replace all the o-rings on the tubes.

O-rings on tubes won't affect anything, those are only for keeping engine oil from leaking out around the injector tubes. Try loosening then retorquing the injectors lines at the head, make sure the ends are nice and smooth. Per Cummins tightening them to the proper torque (30 ft/lbs) is fairly critical.
