That looks great. I woul dbe interested to know what the load capacity of the rim is with the material taken out.

Looks great. I don't think structural integrity is compromised at all for what little is removed to fit. Alphacowboy had a thread back August of '06 where he did his with a router:

Load capacity is not altered by the tiny amount taken out.



I have heard of the router method, but having a CNC available to me I wouldn't chance the router way. I feel that these rims on this heavy of a truck need to fit on the hub as good as possible.
