MAD ECM?? Where is it?

Anybody hear any info on the MAD ECM? Thought it was supposed to be available sometime soon?

I was wondering the same thing myself, and after inquiring I was told they should be available soon, just working out a kink with the differences in fuel between the U. S. A. and Italy.

From what I've heard, a couple of problems were found, and they should be now, or soon, testing it again with new software.

Not trying to cut these guys down but I have been waiting for over a year. I think thats how long, anyways its been a loooong time. I know they are trying to work out all the bugs and I still think it will be a good item when it comes out the problem is I couldn't wait any longer and bought a fueling box. Sorry Marco, I still support you and your efferts and maybe I will have to sell my fueling box when your mad ECM comes out.

These things take time...



Yes, we have been working on this for almost a year now, and yes we have said that they would be available very soon time and time again, but as most of you know, when developing a product, you must make sure that it is completely trouble free and will be the absolute best product/value for the customer...



Marco has done a tremendous job in developing these ECM files and his work in developing a Twin Chip ECM is absolutely amazing.



I am absolutely sure that if Marco was located in the US, these ECM's would already be on the market. Unfortunately, there is a huge distance between us and a simple change takes around a month to test and find a solution for. Our largest battle to date is the difference in fuel quality. The Italian diesel fuel is a much higher quality fuel with a significantly higher cetane rating than ours. This has cause us major problems in developing these files. Just in the last two months, Marco has been able to obtain some of our fuel and has taylored his latest files to work great with our fuel.



I wish I had better news for everyone...



Believe me, we are trying our best to bring this product to the market, but Marco, Doug, and myself will not sell even a single unit until we are completely satisfied with their performance and reliability...
