So far the changes as follows:

F1 (Don M) Helix 2 Camshaft w/bolt on gear.

F1 Prosportsman valve springs.

Floor It Diesel Stage 2 Cp3 Pump.

ATS Diesel Aurora 5k Turbo Charger.

ARP Head Studs.

Banks Intercooler system.

New front Freeze plug.

90HP DDP Injectors.

Modified AFE intake.

Power By Poole "Power Block".

So far I only have about 20 miles on the truck with the mods and I am babying it. But the sound has changed and I can tell that its MEAN!!

Tomorrow I plan to retorque the studs to 122 ft lbs again.

Mattymac,

I dont have enough miles to really give you a good answer.

One thing it does take more rpm's to get lit, but thats the nature of the beast judging by its size and all. It does seem to lite fast once you get some rpms and throttle to it.

Josh,

I wanted to go more aggressive and I did with the Stage 2 Helix unit.

I will eventually post individual threads on the products added to the truck once I have more miles and impressions.

So fars its. . :D

Right now the tst box is in the 0 position and the bullydog programmer has been removed.

The truck feels like I am running around and TST level 4!! :-laf

The sound of the new cam is nice too! It purrrrrsss.....

If I sprayed it I am sure 800hp wouldnt be a problem.

But... since I am not a sprayer I'll be happy with 600rwhp.

Side note:

I found a coolant leak at the lower radiator hose. It looks like I must have damaged it when I took the radiator off.

Looks like the Dodge dealership is going to get some money!! :{

Let me know how that turbo works out.

I'm getting some plans together for my future truck. LOL (but, in truth, I'm not joking)

Man that truck will be crazy awesome to watch pull - I hope you teach those 3rd gen haters a thing or too...

BTW - what is the "power block"?

Tom,

The Power block is an aluminum slug/spacer that takes the place of the grid heater. It is basically a full flow unit with no restriction unlike the grid heater which has some restrction to air flow.

www.powerbypoole.com has them. It was like 60 bones back when I bought it about a year ago or so. Just never got around to installing it til now.
