So far the changes as follows:

F1 (Don M) Helix 2 Camshaft w/bolt on gear.

F1 Prosportsman valve springs.

Floor It Diesel Stage 2 Cp3 Pump.

ATS Diesel Aurora 5k Turbo Charger.

ARP Head Studs.

Banks Intercooler system.

New front Freeze plug.

90HP DDP Injectors.

Modified AFE intake.

Power By Poole "Power Block".

So far I only have about 20 miles on the truck with the mods and I am babying it. But the sound has changed and I can tell that its MEAN!!

Tomorrow I plan to retorque the studs to 122 ft lbs again.

:D BAD ***** !

This is what I made with just a C/L,100hp inj,and a little htt 64 turbo!600+and it went to 751 with a little shot!Yours should be a whole lot more with all you have done to it!#ad

I think you will be close to 650 if not there. All you need is some dyno time to find the settings you like best. That looks like a lethal combo. :D

jwilliams-

How did your 90 HP injectors look after you pulled them? Were they pretty clean or carboned up at all?

Also, when you retorqued the studs, did you break torque and then retorque or just put the wrench on it and try to tighten some more until torque was reached? I don't know which way is the "correct" way of retorquing and it seems split either way based on my thread searches...

Well I only ran the 90hp for about a week before I took the engine down.

They had a little carbon but really were not ran long enough to say.

I just "overchecked" the torque on the studs with a torque wrench since all of the ARP lube was still present (1 day old).

The first time I overchecked the studs there was a little movement with some of them (they sat overnight). This was the 2nd overcheck but the first after the engine had been run. I dont see the MLS gaskets giving much after their initial torque.

I think the most important thing about studs is to bottom tap the block.
