First off I want to commend MADS Electronics for the creation of their Smarty programmer products and the many years of un-failing product (S67).
My issue with MADS and their complete failure in their quick response to my phone calls and emails when my RAM 3500 dually 2007.5 ECM failure. Fortunately my truck was not in the travel mode. Several years ago we were gone for four months on a 14k cross country pulling our 5er. We both have truly wondered greatly what our options would have been in the middle of the desert when this happened. IT TOOK FOUR DAYS BEFORE SMARTYRESOURCE.COM sent us a response. TOTALLY TOTALLY horrible customer service. '
Luckily we ran across a gentleman named Louis from Davie, FL.

His knowledge of my problem and what to do was astounding. He and his crew began immediately started getting me a newly rebuilt ECM and also programmed it with my VIN# and stock program and shipped it out next day air. After four days (Smarty) finally sent me an email with instructions what to do after my ECM install. AMS (Louis) I can not say enough about his service and can not get out enough disdain for MADS.
The other contact I made was to: Smarty Diesel Tuner (also a Smarty dealer) who would not help me but referred me to MADS tech support.
